Saiyan Family

Thanks to Destiny!! This was leg day today!! I switched the squats for belt squats and the sumo squats for the pelvic thrust machine (it’s my favorite machine at the grove city gym) it was definitely different not having someone on my but I loved working with her because she’s on it!!!!
