  • 4 Week Workout Program

    Each person will be put through an initial assessment to see what phase they will start at. Each phase is 4 weeks long. This workout program includes the warm-up (with a demonstration video), the workout (with a demonstration video), and the recovery stretches (with a demonstration video). If you are out of the Columbus, OH area, we will have a 15-30 min Zoom meeting to talk about what your goals are and how I am going to help you achieve ALL your goals.
