
Saiyan Bootcamp
Get ready to unleash your inner Super Saiyan Strength in our exhilarating Bootcamp workout class! This is a beginner friendly workout class that will help improve your strength training, cardio, and core strength! This high-energy workout is designed to push your limits safely and transform your body. The Saiyan Bootcamp has 2 sessions held that are every Saturday & Sunday from 11AM-12:30PM (1 and a half hour workout class for only $20 per person).
You'll start with a 10 minute warm up to make sure our body’s are ready to safely function. Then, we’ll dive into a 20-30 minute dynamic strength training that targets every muscle group, building power, muscle, and endurance. Then into a 10-20 minute explosive cardio portion set to elevate your heart rate and ignite your energy. Finally, you’ll sculpt that six-pack with a 10-20 minute core exercise focused portion that will challenge your balance and stability. Join us for an empowering and fun session filled with motivating music, a supportive community, and the thrill of achieving your fitness goals together! Don’t just work out—work it out!
