I hope everyone had a good weekend and all the fathers in the chat had a good fathers day!
today starts the new week so I hope you guys are ready to get after it.
Recently you guys know I’ve been talking a lot about how important it is to be getting enough protein. Remember you should be eating or taking in 1g of protein for every pound you weigh. For example, I’m 223lbs so I should be getting in at least 223g of protein. Below I attached a picture of high protein meats but meat isn’t the only thing containing high protein. Check your foods! A lot of stuff has protein in it (chickpeas, beans, nuts, greek yogurt). Let’s have a good week and make sure we’re getting all our protein in!
