Hello everyone,
Due to the weather I’ve decided to cancel all scheduled sessions today.. all sessions will be credited back to your accounts. I will text everyone individually to reschedule todays session. Its important to stay consistent with your workouts but also it’s important to be smart. These roads are pretty bad so let’s be safe and smart for today. I want everyone to stretch today so that we are at least doing something! If you have any questions, feel free to call or text me.
