As most of you noticed already, we got a new platform for our nutrition plans! I need all of you to check your email and fill out the profile sign up for the SelfMade training app! I need all the information they asked for to create a effective nutrition plan for you. I need this done by the end of the day today so can supply you all with a nutrition plan. Everyone that doesn’t complete will have to pay extra for a nutrition plan.
I’ve also attatched a video to show you guys how to work this app! It’ll teach you everything you need to know on your end.
