Service Description
Each person will be put through an initial assessment to see what phase they will start at. Each phase is 4 weeks long. This workout program includes the warm-up (with a demonstration video), the workout (with a demonstration video), and the recovery stretches (with a demonstration video). If you are out of the Columbus, OH area, we will have a 15-30 min Zoom meeting to talk about what your goals are and how I am going to help you achieve ALL your goals.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. Our policy is designed to be flexible while ensuring that we can effectively manage our schedule. Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and rescheduling: 1. **Cancellation:** You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalties. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of any appointment fees paid. 2. **Rescheduling:** You have the option to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the originally scheduled time. To reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of any appointment fees paid. 3. **Refunds:** Please note that we do not offer refunds for any cancellations or no-shows under any circumstances.
